Exchange Policy

We have a 3 day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange request, you can contact us at admin@nodotstudios.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address:

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or a defective product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the wrong parcel has been sent from our side, the exchange shipping cost will be covered by us.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for both pickup and re delivery in case of size exchange requests. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Size exchange is subject to stock availability.

Non Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery

Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your product, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your exchange request. Approved exchanges will be processed within 5 to 7 business days depending on stock availability.
